talk to a lawyer. Since it’s a tourist visa is non immigrant visa it might be a problem

they can for sure I have friends that have done that they are also waiting on i130 .. if ur parents already have a tourist visa they can use it to visit! not a problem at all

well a tourist visa it’s different of a work visa . I know a lot people that had done that and had no problem.. I actually applied for a tourist visa after filing the i130 but was denied of course! my friend applied and hers was accept she went to visit her husband stayed for 2 months now she’s back cause she got called for interview and had no problem with it

I believe would only cause a problem if the person stays more than 3 months .. I literally have a group where bunch of people are waiting on i130 but had a tourist visa and went to visit the husbands .. but who knows then any case is a different one …

I've been told by multiple lawyers and people that tried not to risk it, the immigration officer at the border can deny entry unless you can prove that your parents will actually leave the country within 90 days, which I don't think is realistically possible since they are actively waiting on a decision to permanently immigrate. I wouldn't risk it.
