I-129 extension timeline Texas Center
Hello everyone, my company filed an extension for my I-129 on September 5th in Texas center, and my visa is set to expire on January 5, 2025. Still my case status is in Case Received status. it is going to be almost 4 months now. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue? Could the delay be related to my visa expiry date?#l1a #l1aextension #I-129extension
