what was the reason for the denial ?

I do not know yet, I just hoy the notice this morning, they send me by mail the denial notice that explains why they Denied My case and My options

so it is possible to fix it? what happen with my employment card and SSN, still working?

same with me, both i130 and i485 were denied today. this was devastating I was hoping for a good news ever since we had the interview. I don’t understand what could have gone wrong. the interview was so smoth and the agent was happy with our conversation. im just hoping it is something missing from our documents

@annnnn na which state did you had your interview. I had my interview in April no decision as yet, now I am starting to worry that I will get denied as well.

@margarita Sosa, You can see what the letter is going to say in your Uscis account. if you have an account you just have to get in and click on the documents of your case, in this case is I-485 and you will be able to see the letter online before you get it by mail. Everyone can see every letter that they are gonna get before. So, go ahead and check your account to see what happened. Best of the luck

sorry to hear. Wait for the letter to know what the reason is. Maybe get an attorney if you dont have one, even if is to explain to you what the best option is. Unfortunately once the i-485 is cancelled your work authorization is cancelled as well. Wishing you the best of luck.
