btw, I’d also not recommend a conversion to premium at this point. normally it’d just automatically trigger an RFE. (it’s best to submit premium together with the initial case) I’d try to contact everyone you can there and see what happens. they have 30 days to answer service requests tier 2, so keep calling or texting through Emma until you get a confirmation that your request for tier 2 is submitted. thier response on that request will give you more data as to what to do next
