I- 131 Texas Office
Hi everyone! my Work Permit was approved in May, and since then I am still waiting for my parole ( Travel Permit). , is there anyone in the same situation? I am so frustrated since the office of Nebraska usually approved both forms together.

My Mom's work permit was approved in January. She is still waiting on her travel permit.

my EAD was approved in August and Parole in October 2022. hope it helps!

mine is August 2020, I haven’t gotten my travel permit.

if your I-131 is in Texas Service center then, it might take a while to get approval. my I-131 was approved after 17 months which was in Texas Service center

@gl fjo I did service request twice and they told me they are processing cases ahead of me. Agent told me I can’t make service request until August 20th.

@Maria Bouvier I am waiting for AP for almost an year now. Case @ TSC. I received EAD last month. AP status shows fingerprints applied in January 2023. Spouse received her EAD and AP combo card last month even though we applied same time an year ago. Emma agent said, they see case by case so they can’t say why my AP has not been approved yet and said it will take its own time.
