Humanitarian Parole to Adjustment of Status
Hello, is there a way for a person who came here with Humanitarian Parole (valid for two years) be elegible if I start a process for Adjustment of Status (I want to apply for my mom). Thank you!

Another question is if she is here, can I still start the process while her paroled time is running or does she have to be outside of the US for the process to work.

I do believe that you can start the process but it’s better to consult an attorney.
