why would you withdraw the asylum after applying for vawa?

wait for your vawa to be approved!!! if you withdraw it and you're vawa denied??

@Immigration Guy, i applied vawa in 2020. this year recently my country(Bangladesh) political situation has changed so there is no point to stay for asylum right now. If i do so it will be all lie thats why i am thinking to withdraw it.

@peace, my country's political situation has changed. Also one of my friend said asylum makes other cases delayed.

Please hire a lawyer in everything you do regarding your immigration process because when it reaches a critical point like now, you may just regret why you didn't earlier. All the best 👍.

My asylum is pending for a years and my vawa got approved last month, I'm waiting for my greencard through vawa. I didn't withdraw my asylum yet

@naomi bushira I don’t think you will get your green card approved until you terminate you asylum. consult with an attorney.

you can withdraw asylum anytime, if don’t withdraw your asylum your vawa won’t approve
