@M A Hi, no you can not file C09 online. It’s pretty simple. Print the form from USCIS online. Then fill it out with your correct information also send the required documents ( copy of your last EAD, front and back. A copy of your passport, 2 passport size pictures) I am not sure if the filing fee for renewal is waived but you can call them for that information

@WRV NIW ROW I’ve noticed people on this platform waiting between 5-9 months. I’m not sure. I’m still waiting on my first after 8 months 🤷‍♀️ Renewals shouldn’t take long but for some reason it’s taking some time
