same with me, have been to Motor vehicle twice to see if the eligibility extension letter can work bcus DL will be expire soon and this will affect my job. they asked me come back two days to expiring date. May God Help Us. Amen

I renewed it this week with only the I458 receipt and residency evidence and social security. They provided me with one year extension because my case is still pending. my work permit will expire in 2 months.I still have not filed for work permit extension.
