How to get through to a live agent
I am trying to speak with a live agent. Anyone who got through to one can you please advise how to do so. Keep saying info pass but I am still not getting through.

During the business hour you can connect with live agent via Chat Emma. just click the “Need Help? Ask Emma” link in the upper right corner of the USCIS page. and type live agent.

just say "lost reciept" and that should work

I always say I lost my receipt number, it gets me through, keep repeating that
