How to get a student visa with pending l-130
Hello
I filed for my daughter's green card and we are facing a dilemma
she also got accepted in college
She is outside of the USA
in order to go to college either her green card has to be approved or get a student visa
has anyone been in a similar situation or what's the right move
please advise

on step 4 of four. system says step 3 completed. timeline moved from 13 months to 65 months ! what’s going on ?

student visa won't be issued with a pending i130 petition because you have an immigrant intent.

@Gigi Nagb soo true it won’t be issued instead use the money to do something else🫣
