go to google and search for uscis surgeon near you

go uscis.gov page , go to search bottom and type " finding a medical surgeon" , then it ask you for your zip code and after that you will see a list, it's better to call them and make sure you ask them if they qualify for uscis immigration medical examination because some are not even they are listed . good luck
