how to attach kids renwed passport for I485
Hi,
I am in EB1C with PD mar2018 and in CRP status from July 2023. Waiting like others 😤
my kids passport attached with I485 is no more valid as it is expired, but I have new renewed passport with me. Question I have to this group, do I need wait until I get RFE or is there an option to send renewed passport.
Appreciate your suggestion/opinion..

@ S K they don't need your kids new passports. I filed my I-485 when my passport was valid. it got expired while I-485 was pending and I got my gc without any RFE. I'm a main applicant.
