one month after, I got mine for a year going on my second one now

applied in Oct 2022 received my PF in Feb 2023!

3 months

January 2022 filer one month after

i applied September 22 haven’t received any

applied in October 2022. did my fingerprints in march. no Prima facie yet. no work permit yet.

the first one the second one it’s valid for only 6 months

@skykar the first one was for a year the second I get is for six months.tgr first one expire on March 18 this year but I got the second one four days before it expired

@skylar . you will get it in a few months after you apply. valid for 1 year from date of issue. it renews automatically and they send you an updated one before it expires. they will renew it until your case is approved. second renewal was for 6 months for me. the 3rd renewal again for 6 months. got approved during this last renewal. they will mail it to your lawyer address. similar to what @Alicia Thompson said on timelines.

@A M thank you!! does USCIS send a card to a lawyer even if I wrote my new address on safe mailing address on 360? did you write your address or lawyer’s address for 360 safe address ?

@skylar . I am not really sure on this one. in this case, I think you will both get it. safe address plus lawyer representing you. I remember I did not pay much attention at that part. just know the lawyer's prefer all mail get sent to them to be able to address any notification right away. sometimes, us, the immigrants, do not know how to handle things well, and they do not want to lose a case due to lost mail. I think, if you have a lawyer, they will definitely get a copy of any of the mail, but you should get the option to get your copy.

I wrote my new address in safe mailing address. does it mean you receive any mails (receipt notice, RFE and approval notice) to you? my experience with past visa petitions , both my lawyer and I received mails from USCIS. was PF only sent either you or your lawyer?

@skylar . my pf dose go to my lawyer and he send me a copy as soon as he received it he sent it via email.

@skylar . my case status did not say that they issued PF and sent it. I don’t think you will receive a notification about it you will just get it in the mail

@skylar if you provide uscis with enough evidence and they r satisfied they will send a PF to your lawyer and he will send you a copy that is if you have a lawyer.
