How often is it okay to call USCIS?
I called USCIS for a status inquiry on June 15. still no update - my PD is Sep 2023.
would it be okay to call them again or no?

meh. I don’t think calling is very effective to be honest. for a while I was reaching out to Emma a lot and she gave me no information and just told me to wait. I don’t think it impacts your case one way or the other. @abby m

i agree with @w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸. Calling them doesnt make a difference because the agents that we speak to doesnt have a direct link to our cases they can only provide certain information. Unless you speak with a tier 2 officer they can maybe shed a lil more light but ultimately only the immigration officer could provide you with the update that you probably want.
