@God’s Child I'm not sure how your hands are tied. You can literally file it yourself and send it to your address. Your lawyer is awful to request that much for it. It's 2 pages you're completing and you'll have to provide the lawyer with everything else.

@Kerry S actually I just looked it up on the USCIS website and it’s not free, says $520 for paper filing and $470 for online filing, under c9 category, the other category that’s free is C31 and my vawa is still pending.

@victory !!! am in Chicago and my divorce was easy no kids together, no financial assets. I file divorce last September and January of this year was finalized
