How much time i have until interview?
9 days ago i got notification that :” I 130 got approved and that ,I 485,interview was scheduled” but i havent got interview notice. can anybody tell me ,on average, how long does it take from “interview was scheduled” till getting the notice in mail? im in the middle of moving and really afraid that i will miss the notice somehow…

maybe a glitch? they wouldn’t book an interview just for an I-485 I feel like. The interview is to prove the marital relationship and if your I-130 was approved there shouldn’t be a reason for an interview

my I-130 approved and they schedule my interview for next month but i do not receive the mail yet,i spoke to a live Agent he sent the letter to my email so they don’t always waived your interview after I-130 approved

thank you all for help.
my field office is texas but i live in Florida. it was based on marriage and we’ve been married for 4 years but applied only this year in February. my lawyer also said that i should be waiting for interview notice even tho I 130 was approved.
under the I 130 on website states that ,,case approved” and “case closed” under I 485 “ interview was scheduled on September 5th and notice was sent” so im so confused and anxious…

@Tijana Kessler wait a couple more days you should get two 2 mail one goes to your mailbox the other goes to your attorney
