How much stock to put in this predictor, given COVID-19 year(s)?
Hi all. I filed AOS in April. Pittsburgh ASC. This app predicts that I won’t have EAD until next February. No way I can wait that long. How much stock should I put in this app’s ability to predict processing times if it’s based on data since 2018? Weren’t 2020 and 2021 weird years? is the prediction skewed by almost 2 outlier years (COVID-19)? Or does it adjust for that? If the predictions are correct I don’t think I’ll make it another 7 months without work authorization. Thoughts?

You never know because I don't think Uscis is working on cases in order of their received date.

lol. We have been waiting since November 2020. No EAD yet. unfortunately the timeframe is correct if you submitted i765 form in June. I’m 9months in already and still no EAD yet. Nothing we can do.

I have not yet done biometrics so filing an expedite request would be a waste of time at this point

yea. You need to wait for bio first before you can put in an expedite request.
