How much longer will I wait?after interview
It's been 8 months since I left the meeting and I still haven't heard back. Only on January 14, I saw a message saying that my file was under active review. Other than that, nothing was done. Even though it's been 8 months since the meeting, how much longer should I wait? It really deteriorates people's psychology. Can someone really write on my stick? I don't know what I should do. It's been 8 months since the interview and I don't want to wait anymore.

I think you need to look at the visa bulletin. I’m married to a USC so I can’t help but there’s lots of people that are doing the process via permanent resident petitioner. it does take longer, unfortunately. if the petitioner can apply for citizenship during this process it can greatly speed up the approval on this one. wishing you the best.

what the petitions? did you contact congress? You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
