@Mrkvica M. please wanted to ask you, if you got your Vawa approved, will they work on your I-485 regardless of your PD date or they are going by how the cases gets to them?

@tired from waitingg all applicants that have double accrued illegal status or any crime will have to wait to be adjudicated after the executive orders that affect the case either pass. applicants that have no infraction are being processed normally

@💪🏽Omobolaji🤟🏽🤟🏽🎊🎉🙌🏾 B it seems to me that they work as the case gets to them and depending on PD. For an example, if person filled I-485 in 2020, VAWA approved in 2024, that person will have priority. (that's only from what I noticed in this app)

@Mrkvica M. okay noted… just curious cuz we have some cases that have been approved since December and waiting for final approval from I-485 and already 6months in and still no update or word. that’s why I asked
