How many pages was your Request for Evidence before you got approved or denied?
I just received an 5-page RFE and I’m trying to see if there’s any pattern. From what I’m noticing, it seems like when USCIS is really investigating a case or leaning toward denial, they send a very long and detailed RFE instead of a short one.
Would love to hear:
• how many pages your RFE was
• what they asked for (roughly)
• and what the final outcome was
Just trying to understand if long RFEs usually mean trouble or if people still get approved after them.

mine was 3 pages but the 1st page was just saying when i need to respond(regular notice page). 2nd page was explanation of why they wanted more evidence and 3rd page (very short page) was just telling me what i can send in as more evidence.

@I’ll be happy s No they did not, they just said i can send in police report, psychology report, medical report and anything else to support extreme cruelty

In my opinion, the number of pages doesn’t matter as how well you respond. Just make sure you answered ALL they are asking
