how many days or months did you wait after the notification said ‘ the case is taking longer than expected’ ?
Hello Everyone, it is very stressing me that my employement authorization is coming to an end and USCIS has not approved my work permit yet. it has been saying ‘the case is taking longer’ for 2 weeks. when did you get your approval after this message?

@Bee Amri Has your interview date arrived or not yet? pls tell me I have seen that the approvals for March are getting very high, mine was for the month of June. i can expected approved in may?

@usama kashif not yet im still waiting for being DQ.. usually it takes 11-12 months so yes your approval is coming by may or june..

my AP has been “taking longer than expected” for 6 months now. who knows with these guys. that progress tab means nothing

Try local congress inquiry. If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com
