how is these dates even still be here without approval my God this is crazy
Nelly burnsAug 11, 2024
@Shauna-kay wilson fremont say that again ,, it doesn’t make sense at all,, it looks like they just forgot about those and worry about the new ones coming in… even 2020 some people are still waiting 🥹
Nelly burnsAug 11, 2024
@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 u think suing is better? I’m so scared thinking about it…
w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸Aug 11, 2024
@Nelly burns is there a reason you think that your case is being held? if no reason id sue for sure.
My PAug 11, 2024
@K Grant This is truly a long wait. Suing the government puts the burden on them to get your case looked at. This is pretty common so you shouldn’t be worried. Good luck going forward. At this point they should hand deliver it to your house.

@Nelly burns if that’s the case that means case doesn’t process in the order they gets them nor it is a first come first serve situation it’s like whatever case they take up or so they do a raffle am very much confused and to be honest I don’t understand why America system is so backwards for a first world country
Nelly burnsAug 12, 2024
@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 right now I don’t even know what to think ,, maybe suing is the option now ,,, this is toomuch
Nelly burnsAug 12, 2024
@Shauna-kay wilson fremont it funny because u be seeing people that file last year or this year getting approved and u asked your self like what the f*** I guess our file are way way behind the shelves or drawers 🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️

@K Grant , we have the same timeline. Am December 27, 2021. I’ve put in several service requests, congressman, senator even wrote to the presidency. still awaiting a response from USCIS. am so famished at this point. all I could do is just wait….
K GAug 12, 2024
@Nelly burns I already looked into using them basically they're still within the legal timeline so suing them wouldn't help.
K GAug 12, 2024
@G O I've done all of the same and all I can do now is wait 😭😭😭
