how long????i485 pending
still waiting for a response for my RFE medical that I sent back in December. They received everything in the mail at the Queens office on January 7 and I still haven’t gotten any answers yet. I know they say you can contact them after 60 days. Why does it take so long? I’ve been waiting for my green card for almost 4 years now.
I’m so stressed 😫

@mari m i waited since 2018, and a lot of people are still waiting on vawa approval since 2019,2020,2021. USCIS decided about your vawa almost in what they say it's average processing time. Give USCIS some time. They are doing their best. You will get your decision soon

I used to call call call call USCIS and I also reach out to my senator.

Do not expedite it...the case is going accordingly.
My response to RFIE medical was October 8 2024 and my interview was January 28 2025 and I was approved that very day and got my card in 4 working days
