It varies from case to case nowadays, it's not the same as before due to their backlogs and I guess changes of process due to the pandemic. Some may be quicker than other some might take longer. As for me, mine took 8 months with my combo card, while others took 3 months or less. It is really hard to tell and it's a matter of waiting.

I Also applied for I-765 at April 21 biometric is done but still not approved yet. all 121 days
