how long to wait after RFE?
485 was sent on May. I already replied on RFE 20 days ago. (my 765 was approved in less than two months). the system says two month estimate. what was your experience of timeline after RFE?

my RFE were sent and received on June, now it been 65 days, I contact my lawyer she said it can be few months maybe 3 4 5 no guarantee we can send inquiry after 90 days but no guarantee 🥲 I will just wait to 4 months before going to do anything

it could be a month of a year from now. my RFE was received October 2023. sometimes they’re quick and sometimes not and it’s impossible to know which one your case will be.

This was my experience but everyone is different. I received an RFIE 5 months after filing then 7 months later I got another one…3 months after that I got an approval.
