How long the USCIS take to send the case to NVC?
My I-140 was approved but was not send to NVC even after more then 114 days. Does anyone have an ideia why and how long does it take?

@Rodrigo, have you sent an email to nvcresearch@state.gov ? in the subject area put your USCIS receipt number and then you ask if they can give you your case number and invoice ID. If they don't have it, they will let you know it's not in their system. If they do have it, they will either provide the numbers or let you know that you will get it soon. Best of luck 🤞🏾

@Rodrigo, my wife's case was the same but we were advised by many in the Lawfully community to continue to email NVC. Fortunately, they finally received her petition. Perseverance is the name of this game. Best of luck. @j d, I-485 is for AOS. I believe similar to my wife's case, Rodrigo is going through the consular process. They are two different ways of getting the Green Card
