you just applied if you got C31 EAD you’re not gonna have it until your case got approved you had yo file C09 instead

bueno mi estimad@ uo tuve ese caso y volvi y apliqué y le dije a mi abogada que me la hiciera bajo la categoría c9 porque si me esperaba a la categoría c31 iba a esperar largos años ya tengo mi permiso aprobado por 5 años y mi permiso de viaje anticipado también por 5 años te recomiendo que vuelvas a someter envia tu confirmación de i485 y que ye la hagan otra vez suerte

please if you need a work permit you have to go for C09 bcos is only when dey approved you before you get C31 which means you going to wait years.
