How long it’s taking now for EAD and Advance Payroll approval
Hi Community,
wanted to understand how long it is taking for EAD and AP approval. I have filled my case recently and wondering how long it is taking now a days.
My case was I-140 in EB1C category, I-485 filled end of December for AOS along with EAD/AP

depends on your service center. NBC is the “fastest” one taking around 7 to 8 months.

thanks Luca, it was sent to USCIS Phenoex lockbox, I guess since it attached with the I-485 it gets aligned to a NBC

you’re welcome, my PD is June 30 and I only did biometrics back in September last year and I’m also NBC, I hope to get ead sometime in February, that would be 8 months.

ok thanks Lucas, my I-140 was filled in Dec 2020 and approved in Nov 2021. does it mean that the PD is Dec 2020?
