How long is NBC 485 processing time?
AOS through EB2-NIW. ROW.
My case was case remains pending due to visa number unavailability (not current) until last month and now it is current. i chatted with Emma and it says my case is with NBC now? how long is the processing time at NBC?

@Arslaan K You have a good development, since your date is current. I would say give them 60 days after the Holidays and this should be a wrap. Pray about all things. Warm Wishes

@Abraham's Seed ToP My priority date is August 2022 and applied for I-485 in October 2023. It’s in NBC. What do you think when should I expect approval of I-485?
I have approved I-140 and completed my biometrics

@Michael Scott It should be within 6 weeks. First off, rather than wait to be asked for medicals via RFE, you can interfile. Ask Emma where (which office) your application is specifically before sending your medicals. Once your file is up for treatment, with medicals in place, you'll be approved with cards etc sent. @Abraham's Seed ToP I sent my medicals with my I-485 package in October 2023. I think you are referring this as interfiled. So, medical was not requested.
I didn’t get any acknowledgment for medical particularity in case status. it now shows biometrics completed

@Michael Scott Once your medicals are acknowledged, that's your file getting attention until adjudication and approvals. It is a process that's fairly straightforward. Best Wishes
