how long, I'm going crazy
we already had our interview and it is taking more than 120 days. i'm going crazy. the government won't even allow for federal aid in colleges for my children due to no green card even though they are in this long process. are 2022 filers being left in the pile? If they could have just tried to finish from the oldest to the earliest case it would have been fairer. I dont know how long to wait? my processing time says its 1 week but it has been like that a month ago

same here done interview a month an a half ago I-130 approve but i485 only mark review for the second time 3 years they doing me really bad 🥲

I had my interview in April it will be 120 days next week nothing happening for me, not even i130 approval.

try a congressperson. this is too long after the interview. at least when they get the letter it will give them a nudge. search on google for your local congressperson and call their office. they have been wonderful answering my questions and assisting when I’ve reached out. @russ dael

so sorry @russ dael , I know it is very frustrating. They know what they are doing. Maybe they may be dragging out so that you get the 10 years, even though I know that’s of no consolation. It’s easier said than done but just breathe and keep the faith.
