how long does uscis notice mail take
I posted previously that I got an email last week that an action has been taken in my case but I don’t see any updates or changes in my documents tab. just wondering if UsCIS can send notices without updating online account? and how long it takes for notice to be mailed? thank you

@nita S -I'm on the same boat as you, i received two emails simultaneously stating the "we have taken action on your case" and it has been over a week and i don't see any change or notices from USCIS in documents tab. I hope we both hear something good.

the mail normally take 7-8 days to reach

I got the first one when they send RFE and the second one when they receive RFE.
