The most cases take something between 5 and 8 month, but you should look online what they say about Nebraska Service Center. I can just say that it was faster than they said it will take but still around 6-7 month until we got and Request for evidence and after that again 2-5 Wochen. Im afraid but i think you should calculate minimum 6 month.

definitely minimum 11 months. not sure what Sarah is saying above because if you spend time on this app you’ll see that right now 130s from April last year are being approved.

I have my I130 in Nebraska and the time to process is around 11-14 months. My PD is April 7 and I’m still waiting.

I’m from March and same on March 12 it said “we will review the evidence” also from Nebraska hopefully it wasn’t a glitch 🥲🥹
