you have to sign in to your account. scroll down find the contact us. then type in the search bar the live agent. theres a bar ASK EMMA and click that. type luve agent then the computer will guide you

you have to type live agent then you need yo give your receipt #. then wait till you have the real agent on the line. he/she will ask you personal info. then ask them what is your case status. you have to explain what is going on about your case. tell them when do you get your case number tell them your case was approved state the date when you got approved.
