@S 601A yes! my case was approved July 29 2024 on account official approval on the 30th case sent over to nvc on the 2nd of August we paid fees same day. fees clear the 6th of August submit documents same day didn't have my police certificate but I make a note of it and upload it after on the 12th of August on the 18th I was dq and the 22nd I received interview letter

@best mom my interview letter came in August my interview was October. when u received the letter u have to schedule the medical online u choose when u want to go

@best mom how old is your daughter? you will select t he date and time on the website after payment with the receipt. if your daughter is under 16 she doesn't need one

@S 601A I just check Kingston where they're at for interview letter . they're at November as of December 8th could be in December as we speak but it hasn't updated yet .. so by the time you're dq u should get a early letter

@S T my daughter is 21 she was petition for at 16 years old she protected under CSPA she will need it . she’s going tax office tomorrow to pay get receipt to make the police certificate appointment. I paid the fees on nvc since last Thursday money came out the account still saying in process.

@best mom ok yes once she's over 16 she'll need it . it takes 3 to 4 business days to clear

what is your priority date and visa category? that determines how soon or later an interview is scheduled. your priority date has to become current on chart A bulletin

@S T no so because I have been in the states for a long period of time without status I have to go back to Jamaica to do consular processing. however it will only be for a very short period of time God’s willing. if I had marry a US citizen it would be different but since I am going through my US citizen parent I have to consular process

@S T I think she’s fully vaccinated she googled shot those not on her immunization card you know Ja vaccine is different must she go to her doctor and get what they need so the money won’t be too much when she go for her medical ?

@@best mom she can go to the clinic and let them know she's doing filing and they will look on the card and tell her what's left to get depend on where she is she can get at the health center for free if they have it if not private clinic or any pedestrian

that does vaccine. yes it will be cheaper and sometimes andrews doesn't have everything and it slows the process for the medical to be completed because embassy will not issue a visa until the medical is completed

@S 601A you are now current on Chart A so you are to get an interview letter, after you DQ, if you haven't already. I am already DQ and waiting for my date to become a priority on chart A

@best mom yes u can make the correction to be on the safe side just incase when they start to review documents, because your name on the marriage certificate and her birth certificate wouldn't match

@S 601A I became DQ on Dec 18. my priority date is Jan 23, 2017, F1 category. Yes I will come back with an update. Hoping I get it in January or February 2026

they updated my status to accepted.They send FE for my marriage certificate. but I see something that said a request for AOS has been denied . I don’t understand that’s part . I will call the lady that help me with the paper works. I didn’t ask to excempt anything am wondering if it’s a glitch or error

@ñïĉķã möřŕïŝ yes my friend daughter she got 221g white paper and her passport back and was told they waiting on pause to be lift to see new rules she will get a email to send in her passport and medical. but I am listening to lawyer saying allegedly immigration bringing in new form i1945 there will be a bond gonna be over 1000 gonna but on hold just in case u taking public benefits. after 5 years or until u turn citizen it will be return. after Feb 23 we will hear more about it .
