it had taken around three weeks for me to get receipts. Sometimes it takes 3-4 weeks, sometimes a bit less. biometric notice came separately for me. It came within 3-4 weeks of filing the application.

3 to 4 week recipes for AOS. biometrics another 2-3 weeks separately unless uscis already have the recent biometrics from you.

register for USPS informed delivery..you will see images of upcoming mail (including the receipt notice) also helpful when waiting for biometrics notice as you don't wanna miss that notice

got text messages with receipt numbers after 4 weeks

was the PD reflecting the time you sent it or way the date 3weeks later. I have been waiting for 3 week now
