How long does it take the officer to make a decision after a RFE response is sent?
I got a RFE on my EB2-NIW I485 asking for a Supplement J. Although I think it was a mistake by the officer my attorney insisted submitting the form so we just filed it last Fri.
How long does it usually take for the officer to check the RFE response and make the decision? My case has been pending for about 90 days now. I have a layoff coming up so I’m anxious. It’s Newark FO.
