Once you have added all the documents they have requested to the system, you should receive an email saying that you are “documentally qualified.” A few days after that, they will send you an email with the date of the appointment depending on the availability of the Embassy that corresponds to you.

I was DQ at the montreal consulate on April 22nd and still have not received an interview I think it can take anywhere from 1-6 months in Montreal to receive an IL. but depends on embassy backlog and god knows what else :)! good luck!
