what is your time line

have you received the mail copy instructions of the medical before you can send it or what ? please respond thanks

I’m yet to receive the physical copy. Meanwhile Uscis officer called my attorney and informed that I’m getting medicals and interview is waived off. but can someone answer my question please?

@waiting more it’s definately not funny if you are unaware lol. To rest of you all, I have filed mandamus and they have to do due deligence of calling and informing just in order to save time. Because mandamus gives them only 60days to make a decision on the case. so let’s not worry about the call here.

@lediana mira - I’m blessed to have an attorney who doesn’t charge me unnecessarily. in fact goes above and beyond to help me. she did receive a call about me getting an rfe for medicals and waiving off interview. and few hours after her call my online status changed to rfe. however I should receive the physical copy shortly, but all this happening because I had filed mandamus for my VAWA so they work keeping 60 days in mind and have to inform. Mandamus is a different route and everything goes differently around it

it depends on the field office i believe, Dallas Field office usually takes about 2-3 weeks considering your case.

mines took almost 60 days for approval after submitting medical. interview was waived as well. good luck !
