I started grow frustration when I notice that almost every one who applied after me which is 2/5/23 is getting through I even called uscis they said everything is find I am at the Nebraska service center for usc and I am 349dsys today no response since 7/24 when I was AR

You can sue USCIS on your own, especially if you cannot afford an attorney, and it's much cheaper, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"
