How does it work!
My I-130 was approved and sent to the NVC and when I log in using my case and reference number I would see not paid where one of the fees should be paid but no option to pay it. I’m wondering if my lawyer needs to submit any physical documents before I get the option to pay the fees.

no you can pay but only on week days i think and it processes for 3 business days till they accept it and then you can submit your documents

it says not paid but if I click on it, it’s not giving the option to pay it

@tia tia that's how it is. NVC takes a little while to open up the pay buttons. just keep checking daily. after you get to pay both fees, your payment will take a couple business days to process. while that is happening, you may start to gather all your documents in the meantime.

the petitioner needs to start downloading the recent tax transcript from IRS and download the affidavit of support and fill it out using Adobe. Once it opens up then the petitioner may upload both the affidavit and tax transcript and whatever else they ask for. the applicant may start gathering all documents to upload after filling out the ds260 online. take your time and ensure all information are true and correct before submitting.
