Hello, when I chat with Emma, it is computerized response and it only says general things I found no value. Do you experience the same thing? How do you make good use of it?

this is is the easiest way to talk to agent call uscis. 1 the computer will ask you something just say not receiving mails 2 she will ask you if it reached 1 months since you filled say YES the last one she will ask your receipt number say I don't have it.then she will automatically connect you with agent.
