i watched a video on youtube he said when u call their number say " info pass appointment" and u'll talk to a live agent, my husband tried it and yes it worked...

just say info pass n they will ask for ur case number n u will get a connect to a person lot talk to

@Sim Tabby Just to clarify the above a bit. “info pass” is used to speak to an agent when you are calling the 1-800 number. Emma is the virtual online chat bot and you can reach a live agent by typing “live agent” in the chat and then following the directions :) Good luck!
