How do I know USCiS will send my 485 to local office ,Notion Benefit Center or kept it in Vermont center!
our stressful life is not ending, have been with us for ever!!!!!
my 360 had been approved almost for a month and half, only approval notice mailed to me.
now I saw many people has movement on their 485, I knew 485 will take 8 to 12 months!
does any one knows how they move each case ?

my case didn't move but they sent RFE (i still haven't received it)

it’s not all cases that gets moved, my friend case never got moved,received rfe medicals,he sent it in and got his green card 3 months after. no interview in his case

same here friend !!! my vawa was approved last month now this week they transferred my case of 485. will wait to get the letter to see where they transfer me to :(!

@Andrea Gómez : how did they inform you , 485 was transferred to other office, when did you applied for your vawa. my 485 since 2021 just showed fingerprint and photo was added.
