How accurate is Emma Live agents
Spoke to one a couple minutes ago and this is what was said.
“Me: Can I have review of my case please.
Live Agent: The case is still processing and you should be receiving something soon.
Me: Adjudication or email?
Live Agent: Adjudication
Me: Is it possible to know the timeframe please?
Live Agent: Hopefully within this month”
I just want to know how accurate the agents are so I don’t get my hopes up. Has anyone gotten any feedback like this?

i asked when is my interview and Emma told me it was waived. my pd is May 16 2023. I don’t know how true it is. haven’t got anything approved

How do we get in touch with this 'Emma'? Just curious, I applied in May of this year so I am waiting a bit longer until I try to inquire about my case, but I'd like to know ahead of time!
