my medical RFE response showed up on December 16, and since then silence 😞

I applied back in October 2020. only waiting for I-485 approval. the last RFE was for a birth certificate back in September 2024

@survivor p @Rigo S same here guys! my rfe was only medical! but it’s literally 4.2 years 😭 did you guys do any inquiry? or what are your thoughts on the approval time?

I contacted uscis at the beginning of January. they told me my case was processing normal but it may take longer due to the backlog

@Rigo S okay, mine was at Vermont for 3.8 years then after my vawa approval it got transferred to NBC, MO and my transfer letter said, “to speed up your process we have transferred your case to nbc” I don’t know if that’s common message when you get a transfer notice.

@VK Jan_2020 thank you so much. you should definitely try and do all kinds of inquiry because I think yours it way outta the processing time and mine was the same, no update for almost 3.7 years. (no rfe, no prima facia no update ) I wish you all the best and hopefully we all hear some good news. I pray everyday for it 🥹🙏

@Tom Bom I’m happy to announce that my green card got approved today. I contacted uscis on the 30 of January. I don’t know if that’s that did the trick. I also contacted my congressman regarding my issue. no interview.
