No, they didn’t allowed me to expedite. My work permit took about 7 months to arrive

@D D So far, as of January 6, it still says Case approved, but I don’t expect it to move until next week or so. I’ve heard it takes about a week to 15 days to change

@teetee fabulous🇯🇲❤️🇭🇹 No, on my I130 the only case updates I ever got were Case received and case approved. I never got an update since my submission on November 2 2022 and on my I485 I got the we received your case, then the actively reviewing , and then the RFE, and the last update before January 4 was Response to RFE was received on June 13
