hii, i want to ask some questions
so, i dont have my uscis acc that used to file my case because my step dad did it for me and my question is when my case is "taken action" for the second time by the uscis, can i see it from "case tracker" app immediately or from the uscis website with my own acc? or the update is gonna be late so i cant see it immediately? i hope i'll get approved next week! #ir2

@kay leen I read on USCIS website that IR2 cases that are processing at NBC takes 48.5 months currently to be adjudicated. correct me if I'm wrong. check case processing time on USCIS website

@Gigi Nagb for Spouse might but IR2 specifically don’t go to NBC at all only the IR2 green card i485 if they are in the US might go through NBC cuz it doesn’t require interview most of the time
