Hi Lawfully community. My case was approved! 🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏. Eb2 NIW. However the dependent case still the same. Anyone with similar experience?
The dependent applicant case still showing that " case was transfered and a new office has jurisdiction ".
Anyone with EB2 NIW is/was in the same situation? How long it took to update for dependent? Thank you!
Sharing my time-line bellow.
June 29. I-140 Approved
July 29 Case transferred to NBC
August 8 - received RFE medical
August 10 - I-765 approved
August 24 - sent medical to Atlanta field office
September 4 - I 485 approved " new card is produced"

In my case, dependents later got additional RFE asking for Birth certs, I-94, marriage cert and was approved when the docs were provided 13 days after my approval

My case was transferred to NBC on July 29 as well. Hopefully I get some good news soon 🙏
Did you I-131 change to “fingerprints were taken” soon before you got the GC? I’ve heard a few people to whom that happened, and my I-131 just updated to that status a few days ago.

thank you @SB and @David for sharing your experience. We still waiting. Ixm hoping that maybe because it was approved on Sunday and today is labor day. I know the only thing I can do now is wait. I hope this next week I have any news. I will share when I the status change. thank you!

I checked hilites today and there were no movement whatsoever in my id range so Labor Day is definitely at play. I’m sure you’ll get some good news soon!

@mat mind also changed 4 days ago and I was surprised. however I don’t have any approval on anything yet not even my I/140 . then I am keeping my fingers crossed 🤞
