@beverlyn ebuen Do you have uscis account? I filed paper as well, but they sent me an access code to create an account with them. Plus either if you file online or in paper, you will still receive a mail from them.

@. umm We don't have an account our Atty does not provide the online account nor update us. Even tho we have a copy of the access code we can't use it as it is for our representative. 😔 It is now 16 months still no update even the uscis case status tool hasn't changed. Just hoping they mailed the approval notice

create your own USCIS account please. it will help u monitor all updates in your case. I promise . u can create your own by typing your receipt number from the USCIS letter u received

Actually, we have an account, but when we tried to add our case number, and it says, "You cannot add this case to your account because it has already been linked to a USCIS account." I asked my attorney, and she said they don't create USCIS accounts for their clients. We have no way to check the status of our case aside from the case status tool, but what we want is the account that allows us to check the "Documents" tab. @Mrs. A. S 🤍🤎 thanks for your help. 🤍

@beverlyn ebuen your lawyer should allow you to have access to your account. It is YOUR information. Please don’t allow them to tell you no. They have to give you access.
